Palate: creamy, sweet, spicy, cinnamon, bay leaves, wood, oak, pencil shavings, fruit, red apples,
Finish: more heavy wood, sweet, liquorice, honey, fruit, peaches, long and dry
Conclusion: I don’t know how long this has been in the cask, but for me, the period could have been a little shorter, so the wood wouldn be so present and mouth drying.
