Nose: sweet, treacle honey, floral, geraniums, honeysuckle, fruit, citrus, orange peel, berries, cranberries, blueberries
Palate: creamy, mildly sweet, only a touch of vanilla, fruit, berries, cranberries, raspberries, spices, fresh ginger, a touch of allspice
Finish: long, sweet, honey, creamy, spice, cloves, citrus, orange peel
Conclusion: Nice, but… I don’t know, no buts, just nice. A good balance between the ex-Sherry and ex-Bourbon casks, where the Sherry influence is kept to a minimum.
