Nose: sweet, dried fruit, cranberries, a hint of wood, mint, eucalyptus, floral, violets, roses
Palate: sweet, gentle, creamy, dried fruits, cranberries, raisins, nuts, hazelnuts, warm chestnuts
Finish: warm, long, dried fruit, plums, nuts, walnuts, warm chestnuts, semi-dry
Conclusion: Beautiful. She has found a place in my top three for a while now. Not this particular version perhaps (only 650 bottles of this one), but I am sure one of her siblings will be found in our cabinet some day. I’ll create a budget. If you like your sherries whiskies, put her on your list.
