More info: Janz Whisky from brewery/ distillery ‘t Koelschip in Almere, Netherlands. Possibly the Netherlands’ smallest – legal – distillery, which only produces about 60 litres of spirit per year. The spirit is matured in small oak casks, where it rests for at least three years and a day. Not something to look out for.
